I know it isn't the PC (tried on both the main computer and the laptop), it isn't the browser (IE and firefox), it isn't the picture (same picture works for other people) and it isn't the website (cannot upload to any other websites).
In order to rule out it being the connection, we are upgrading to a 4M Modem on the 13th. After that I am out of ideas.
