I didn't mean it, really!

I'm feeling a bit sheepish this evening because at football I smashed the ball into the back of a guy's head during the warm-up......accidentally of course, just my lack of ability meaning the ball didn't go where I wanted it to. He's quite a nice guy as well so that made it worse, hopefully he won't hold a grudge.
